We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to design, build, and optimize the models that power our audience targeting, deliverability optimization, and campaign performance insights. You’ll work at the intersection of large-scale data, marketing automation, and applied machine learning — developing solutions that directly impact ROI and user engagement for leading brands.

An Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for audience segmentation, user scoring, and predictive response modeling.
• Build data pipelines that transform raw behavioral, demographic, and engagement data into model-ready features.
• Partner with engineering teams to productionize models within real-time and batch processing environments (e.g., Spark, Airflow, AWS).
• Experiment with natural language processing (NLP) and content relevance algorithms to improve personalization of email subject lines and messaging.
• Analyze email deliverability, open/click rates, and conversion signals to identify patterns and optimize campaign strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and data engineers to define data-driven solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Contribute to internal ML tooling, MLOps, and feature store development to accelerate experimentation and deployment.

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and feature engineering.
• Experience with SQL, Spark, and cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience deploying ML models in production using CI/CD, Airflow, MLflow, or Kubeflow.

Preferred:

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Email Marketing domains.
• Familiarity with identity resolution, lookalike modeling, or probabilistic matching.
• Understanding of privacy-first modeling approaches (e.g., differential privacy, federated learning).
• Experience optimizing deliverability models, churn prediction, or customer lifetime value (LTV) forecasting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce Datorama, or Salesforce development experience.
